Hi, my name’s Lee Robinson and I’m the founder of Robinson’s Removals. I started the company in 2010 towards the end of lengthy rugby career having played for Bath, Plymouth, Bristol, Leicester Tigers & London Wasps respectively. As is customary with professional sport, moving across the country is part of the job, and something every sportsman has to become accustomed to at least few times within a short career. Not only is moving frequent, but can also come at extremely short notice!
Having become somewhat of an expert in this field, it would consistently frustrate me at the level of disorganisation and inefficiency I would frequently come up against during what was already a stressful period in my life. On a couple of occasions, I would be unable to oversee the move due to the rigorous playing/training schedule, and I was shocked that I could never seem to find a removals company capable of providing myself and fellow teammates a reliable, fully serviced solution.
I didn’t even have to wait until the end of my playing career to decide that I would dedicate myself to providing the service I had been lacking throughout the previous 12 years. Using my connections in the game, we quickly became the go-to removals company for the rugby playing community, and our success has seen us branch out far further afield.
